Duplicated product doesn't meet client needs

My late brother had 2 policies with clientele life. The type 1 was hospital cash plan and a life cover. He died October 1 2013 and when he enquier we were told dat the life cover lapsed and he had 2 hospital plan. When we wanted to know how did he get 2 policies we were told dat its not clear how the policy got to being cause there is no record for it. We had to make a R12000 loan to bury him all they can offer are premiums back, which for us is not good enough. My brother was given a raw deal cause he trusted Clientele and all they say is dat he was supposed to complain of which he did not cause he thought all was well. Its fine if he pays for hospital plan but you can't pay for 2 and you don't have Life or Funeral cover he was paying more dan R400 for both and if he was given a funeral cover it would have been cheaper on his pocket. My brother was deprived of information of what he was paying for and since the life cover lapsed and he never knew anything about insurance product they could give him any product just to keep him paying and since he trusted the to have intergrity he never double checked. We won't settle for R4000 dat they wanted to pay which is his premuims
