This complaint is about your Insurance Branch. Standard Insurance ltd. My accident occurred 21/10/13. Not once has your company contacted me. Not ONCE!!! I phone and phone. Nothing happens. Eventually last week 5/11/13 Sisa asks me if I ever sent my report/diagram/drivers license etc thru. It was sent the day after the accident. Oh dear. That fax number has been discontinued. So they give me a new fax number. I fax it all through. Sisa calls me on Wednesday 6/11/2013 to say claim is authorised. Someone from Mullaneys (the panel beaters) will be in touch shortly! Well, I waited and waited. Til now, 11/11/2013. I have just received a call from the panel-beaters asking what the is going on with my car? The insurance assessor HAS NOT EVEN BEEN THERE!!! What the is actually going on??? This happened more than 3 weeks ago. Please sort this out asap. I am beyond frantic at this disgustingly shocking service, from a company I have banked with for more than 30 years and insured with for 5. I have never in my life felt so let down by a company.
