I was involved in an accident on 25 of May 2013. After the accident I immediately reported the incident at the Douglasdale Police Station. On Sunday, 26th of May 2013 I logged the details of my claim on [URL Removed] where it was indicated that an agent will contact me within 4 working hours. Based on this, I expected an agent to contact me by 12:00 on Monday, 27th of May 2013.

I was however never contacted by an agent, and then called the claims contact centre on that same Monday (27th of May 2013) where an agent (Elmarie) assisted me with registering the claim. Once the claim was registered, she told me that I had to take my car to the assessor on Tuesday (28th of May 2013) which I did. At the assessor I was told that somebody from Auto and General will contact me no later than Thursday (30th of May 2013). I never received a call to give me feedback on what was going on, so I again had to contact the claims contact centre.

I submitted the above complaint on the Auto and General website on 3 June 2013. I was provided with the reference number 1110230421. Up to this day (18 June 2013) I have not received any feedback from their complaints department.
