I have a complaint regarding my claim on my opel corsa 2008

i was told by the assessor that the only authorised panel beaters i can take my car to is
1. Dundee Panel beaters - Dundee
2. Autotech - Newcastle

on the 19th September i had taken my car to autotech for a quotation, as the assessor had advised me to do so, on the 20th the assessor had come to see my car

yesterday 01 October 2013, Sibuniso from Std insurance 0117777478 had called me and told me i had to take my car to Alpha panel beaters in Dundee
I am very unhappy about this, as this panel beaters is not a very reputable place..

he also had told me that autotech is not authorised!! so who is lying? the assessor or Sibuniso

If my claim is not authorised for the attached quotation, i will be taking the matter up to Ombudsman for stort term insurance...
