Good day

I am lodging a formal complaint about the poor service I have received from my insurance provider 'OUTSURANCE"

I was in an unfortunate car accident on 17/06/2013.
The claim was processed and I was informed that my car was sent to Centurion panel beaters.
I was told by the panel beaters that my car will take 10 to 13 days until today my car is not ready after numerous follow ups have been done by me with the panel beaters.

I have called and sent two emails to my outsurance adviser dealing with my claim, one on 22/07/2013 & again on 24/07/2013 with NO RESPONSE. I called yesterday & told him that I am NOT happy with my car, as my new car looks like a second hand car now. The spray paint is all wrong (two different colours), the rims on my car is still scratched, the door handle is not correct and there is polish in the front light. According to the panel beaters they only fixed what the outsurance assessor instructed (not completely asessed) I asked that the a Manager from outsurance call me and I am still waiting.
1/ poor service from Claims adviser 2/ the assessor did not do his job 3/poor service from the panel beaters.
This is causing great INCONVENIENCE
