Claim from 31 October 2012 still outstanding 2013

I was in an accident on the night of the 30th October 2012. explosion under the car and airbags came out. Full report provided with the claim on 31 October 2012. Having included a hired car with my insurance, I had a car for 30 days and after that I had to hire and pay from my pocket. A body shop in Mmabatho was given the job to fix my car even though I live and work in Pretoria just because the accident happened 40kms outside Mmabatho. I never got feedback from Tracy about the progress on my car
Today is the 7th February 2013 and I still am in the dark about when I will get my car back. I have to pay for a rented car from my pocket, pay insurance including car hire for a car i am not driving and pay a monthly installment on a car that I am not driving. Is this called "bending over backwards" for the client??? I depend on a car to do my everyday work!!!
