Wow, I have no more words for this call centre. I have been calling the call centre every 2 weeks since September 2012 and have gotten nowhere. I submitted my docs and they said that when they are done processing the docs they will send a statement. Finally in March 2013 they said that the statement was posted and I should wait. To date I have not received any statement and now request that they please send me the statement via email as they said they would if I havent received it by end of May 2013. I called their offices twice this morning and was on hold for more that 15 minutes per session and the phone line just died. I was retrenched a couple of years ago and am now unemployed so its not like I don't need the money. Please resolve this issue and maybe update your systems in the meanwhile.
