No statement received and log a call but no feedba

Good Day

I am very disappointed with the service I received from the blue bean call centre. I call on Friday the 17th to request my statement because I haven't received my statement for the month of august. The call centre consultant logged a call for me and advice me that I will get it in 24hr. Monday morning the 19th I still haven't received the statement I called the call centre again and the consultant informed me that it is 24hr working days. Today is the 22nd and I still did not received my statement. You expect me to make payments but my statement not being send or delivered to me on time.
please advise as to when will I received my statement.
