5 months without a statement and 10 phone calls

I changed my personal details and requested my statements be emailed to me monthly. I got 1 statement in July by email, and since then nothing! I have spoken to the call centre about 10 times about this and each time someone promises to resolve it. And they promise to send me a statement. Well, that infrequently happens with 1 phone call, and I need to put in another to get the statement. Today, for the 5th month in a row, I phone the call centre again, and am asked by an automated voice to provide my ATM pin! WHAT!!! And you can't get through to anyone without inserting the pin. Never going to happen. So, now I wonder what to do: not pay the amount due? Persist with trying to phone? Send more emails? Revert to having my statement posted? I have been with standard bank since I was a teen, so about 20 years, and am ready to shut it all down. This is unacceptable! I want a statement by email every month without me needing to chase it up!
