Trying to get my statements for February. Each time I call the call center the agent tells me that they are logging a request for someone to send me my statement. I must of called about 6/7 times in the space of about two weeks and all the agents tell me the same thing "we opening a request". I have received my statements for January and now for March but still no February statement and no one at MTN can help me. How hard is it to send a statement.??? The last agent I spoke to had my email address changed but still no statement. Please will someone help.
