Still deducting money

I fully paid my car 2 months ago but absa is still deducting money from my account Description. DIRECT DEBIT ADMINFOCUS00453CIMS2COVAFB00 of R790 I don't see what for, the Lady told me that I should settle my full payment and she gave me the amount which I paid. I am not impressed with all the hidden fees which nobody told me about.
