Trying to do a recall, been through all correct steps and still getting no where, one department says one thing and then you call and they say something totally different, been on the phone to Standard Bank for over 2 hours and still not getting anywhere. I have just been transferred to the "super visor" who has been briefed on my call and now it just rings, this is totally unacceptable and the level of service is disgusting.

After receiving a call from Standard Bank on Friday confirming the funds are available to be transferred back to my account, they have rejected the recall. I want to know why i have been charged over R 480 to do i simply recall, i agree there should be a charge, however this is unacceptable.
