Claim still not resolved

To whom it may concern,

After my complaint above (14 May 2013), I received an e-mail from Kedumetse on the 14 May 2013, there was form I needed to complete and send back, which I did same date. I also received another e-mail from Ronelle Harvey stating that she is the team leader dealing with my claim should I have a query I should contact her directly.

I sent a follow-up e-mail to Kedumetse on the 20 May 2013 based on the information sent on the 14 May 2013, she only read my e-mail on the 21 May 2013 @11:10.

I sent a follow-up e-mail to Ronelle direct on the 21 May 2013 and she replied by saying "We are unfortunately experiencing system problems this morning and will respond as soon as we are up and running today".

To date I haven't received any feedback from Kedumetse or Ronelle. I am assuming dial direct is still experiencing system problem. Dial direct third party claims deserves the bad service of year in my point of view.
