ACCOUNT RECALL - NO HELP AT ALL

7 Phone calls to Nedbank and all im getting is stories. I was given the wrong account nr by an Agent im requesting for Phone recordings that took place on the 31st January i am still waiting for feedback. My money was transferred into an unknown account .i received an email from Simphiwe telling me that it all depends if the person who's account was credited with my money has funds in their account. The same day the money was transferred i got to the bank to recall it, The inquries lady at Alberton didnt even know how to complete a recall. I received an email from the recalls department to tell me my recall was unsucessful - with no reason. I do feel that I inform the Bank well in advance to recall this money - The other person who received my money doesn't even know me how can they take what doesnt belong to them. I feel it's so unfair. How can it depend on whether they have money in their account or not that's not my problem. So Nedbank would rather give first preference to the person with the money. Then to assit me. This is terrible that i have to BEG for my money that I LOAN tfrom a Finance Company to pay my bills only to be told NEDBANK CANT HELP.
