Transfer of Funds

Since Nov 2012 I have been trying to get Standard Bank to transfer funds held by the Ekukhanyeni Charitable and Educational Trust to a Market Link account nominated by myself. The Ekukhanyeni funds were held in a Standard Bank Market Link account until about Nov 2008 when Standard Bank transferred them to an unclaimed balances account.. I have two complaints:
1.Several visits to the bank and e-mail communications with them have been fruitless. Standard Bank have still not transferred the funds as requested in spite of promising to do so.
2.Standard Bank have advised that the funds have attracted no interest since they were transferred to their unclaimed balances account. I find this unacceptable as Standard Bank have had access to these funds throughout this period.
Standard Bank's refusal to respond to my queries is most frustrating and extremely rude!
