FNB refusesto help with internet transfer recall

I have requested an internet transfer recall which I accidently made from my standard bank account to an incorrect FNB credit card account number.

FNB has responded to my recall request to have this transfer reversed stating that the account holder does not want to comply.

I find this hard to believe as I have been informed by the FNB call centre that the account I had incorrectly transferred my money into was non existent and that the money was actually in FNBs suspense account.

The disparity between what I am being told by the FNB call centre (My money is in FNBs suspense account) and what the response was to my recall request (Sorry, The account holder will not comply) needs to be cleared up please.

If my money is indeed in FNBs Suspense account, I would like it returned immediately, if it is in one of their clients accounts then I would like to subpoena FNB for this persons details. Either way I would like some clarification from FNB.

I will also be taking this matter to the banking ombudsman.
