Yesterday I phoned to fix errors on my schedule, which were just ignored by the consultant. In fact she emailed three different schedules WHILE we were still talking instead of waiting for me to finish listing all the errors! Upon checking the last schedule I saw that she DID NOT correct any errors!! I asked to speak to her supervisor and she transferred my call to Bernard. He said he would start a new policy for me and phone me back today. I am still waiting. Your service is pathetic. I spend most of my time reading your errors on my schedules and trying to fix it over the phone! How you waste my time and distress me!! I am going to the Ombudsman with all your erroneous schedules if you don't start a new policy for me. I pity people that work that do not have time to continuously correct their schedules! How they must suffer when claiming due to your incompetent staff and apathy!! Unless you do this on purpose?
