Santam and Car Lab waste your time!!

My car was booked in for the bumper to be fixed. Nishara, the lady who was supervising my claim called me after just over TWO WEEKS to fetch the car at a certain time. I got there and waited almost an extra hour as they weren't finished yet. They had fixed the bumper but the 1.6 sign and a back reflector "hadn't come in yet". Nishara then messaged a few weeks later saying the parts had come in. I booked the car in for this morning and when I got there she said she opened the box this morning only and the parts hadn't come in!! A waste of my time, petrol and delayed claim!!
