Worst service I have ever experienced

My second complaint about Discovery Insure... Go to fetch my car today as I was phoned and told that it was finished only to find out, when I get there, that they hadn't fixed the bumper! Apparently the panel-beaters hadn't been told to fix the bumper! How is it possible for ONE company to mess up ONE claim so badly! I am really starting to hate Discovery Insure! And to add insult to injury... I had a good look at the bumper that they alleged wasn't part of the 'accident'. It still has tar stuck on it and fresh scratches! REALLY? I don't need a degree in 'assessorship' to tell you that IT WAS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT! Why must I fight for what is mine? Have you ever had to phone me and ask for your premium Discovery Insure? NO! You just wanted to save money. Your never ending spiral of bad service never ceases to amaze... P.S. I bill by the hour... you wasted an hour of my time...
