Shocking service from Santam Supplie

My vehicle is in for repairs with Sanrose Autobody in Midrand, an approved santam supplier. The repairs to be made is for the back bumper, they have to repair a crack and replace the rear spoiler. I took my car in over two months ago and was told that it would take 10 to 15 days to repair. To date it has taken over two months and I still cannot get a confirmed date from sanrose as to when my vehicle will be completed. Calls are not returned, they vague on there responses to e-mails always saying that they waiting for parts. Surely it does not take TWO MONTHS to order parts and repair a scratched bumper. This is truely shocking service without them even offering a courtesy car. Santam should see other reports on Hello Peter regarding sanrose as I am not the only person with issues from them. Santam should consider re-assesing there service providers as this is making santam look bad.
