Disappointed beyond words

In the first week of January I took my car to Dentdoctor Midrand for a quote, which was done by Hansie. I asked how long my broken bumper would take to be fixed and they said 2 weeks including ordering of parts. I was assured that as soon as they get authorization they will order the parts (1 week) then the following week I would bring my car in for fixing. I went to other places for quotations but since they had longer turn-around times I decided to use dentdoctor. Authorization was given by insurance. When I called to ask if I should bring my car the next day Hansie told me they will be busy for 4 more weeks so they can't attend to me. This was shocking since a few days earlier he told me I'd be sorted by end Jan. My car is due to be traded in so my car dealer called and begged them to fix my car. I took it in 2 weeks ago. I phoned yesterday and I was told I can fetch the car in 2 days time because they just need to paint the bumper but all was fixed. i decided to pop in today only to find that my car has not been attended to. Hansie told me they are still waiting for parts. Not only did they to secure my business, they are still lying to me. I would NOT recommend Dentdoctor.
