I had a light fender bender accident about 4 weeks ago. After phoning Virgin insurance to claim, every thing seemed to go alright. But after having to drive up and down for quotes, it took them a further 2 weeks to get the car booked in for repairs and it would've taken longer had I not phoned them every day to hurry them up. It took me 4 days just to get the claim authorized, their excuse being the person responsible was off sick. I shudder to think what happens to people who completely wrecked their cars.

I finally fetched my car today only be shocked at what was presented to me. The bumper didn't fit properly, the small panels for the tow hook, headlight washer etc doesn't fit and with a light pull they just come off.

Mistakenly I took out my anger on the panel beaters, only to find out from them that they insurance authorized to replace the bumper with a PIRATE part. I looks like the car was fixed at the side of the road.

I am absolutely livid and want this rubbish fixed like it was before the accident. That's what I pay for!!!
