I have complained directly to Shay Thaver in the Legal department and received a luke warm apology. I claimed for 3rd party claim on the 16th of April. I was never contacted by Outsurance regarding this claim, and when I left messages for Leandra these were not returned. I did not receive information needed, and had to follow up on everything. Each time Leandra was unapologetic and rude when I raised my dissatisfaction with the service and quoted the bending over advert, I was actualy told that Outsurance only 'bend over backwards' for their own clients -not 3rd party claimants. Unbelieveable - and short sighted as should I need insurance moving forward - Outsurance would not be a consideration for me. Today is 15 days after my initial complaint and I called once more to follow up on my payment date. Leandra was her usual rudeself, and argued with me regarding my claim date. I then received an email apology correcting her statement as she was wrong - the 1st apology recevied from her throughout this experience only because there was email proof. Its sad that after complaining - there has been no change in attitude or service, epic fail.
