BREACH OF THE CONSUMERS LAW

Hi Guys

I want to know about insurances, because i thought that Virgin Insurance was the best, but the are not, i spoke to a guy called Jerome to set up my insurance policy and they set it up very quickly for me. After that we committed to the end of every month for the payments to go off. This morning on the 14th i woke up with my account being in arrears due to Virgin insurance because they don't keep to their commitments and they then don't help a person when you try to sort it out over the phone they just hang up and not return your phone calls. This is the worse service i have ever had and now stuck in arrears with my bank also i think it will be best to look for a NEW insurance someone that keeps to promises and comply with their policies as well that follows the consumers protection act.
