I changed my address with the bank over 6 months ago, I took all documentation not once but THREE times to Blue Route branch only to find that my details have not been updated resulting in me having to take more time off work and not being able to do a money gram to my daughter in the UK. This is unacceptable!! STANDARD BANK your service is appalling.
