Third party claim STILL not paid

An Outsurance client drove into the back of my vehicle, so I submitted a third party claim.
After sending the necessary documents, I received a one liner email "Please contact us to book your vehicle in for an assessment" (note no phone number included) - which set the tone for all future contact.

My car was assessed on 25 March, and I was told I should hear something within 24-48 hours. After numerous follow ups, I FINALLY received a settlement letter on 18 April which I returned on the same day. I'm still waiting for the payment as apparently it takes 15 WORKING DAYS! Does Outsurance have cash flow problems that in this era of technology it takes 3 weeks to capture an EFT?

I suspect the 3 week delay just ties in with the Outsurance culture of unhelpfulness and "don't give a s" attitude I've experienced from day one. If we were in America, I would probably be able to sue for false advertising, as Outsurance definitely does not bend over backwards. I feel for the lady in the advert who is stuck outside Soekmekaar - as she'll probably die of dehydration, starvation, exposure and have her bones picked bare by vultures before someone from Outsurance bothers to assist her.
