A lady who is insured by outsurance drove into the back of my car early in March 2013. She submitted a third party claim to Outsurance to fix my car on her behalf. The service I have received from Outsurance to date has been disgusting. We started fighting over the assessment of the car, which can only be done at their centre at their own time. After that they say it take 30 working days to complete a claim. Even today the car is still not fixed or a settlement paid. Today they sent me a settlement offer which can't even pay formy tail light. It's actually an insult. They talk about bending over backward, for what? I am so cross if anyone of them was to call me now I might even swear at them. They are honestly pathetic. I could have claimed from my insurance and get my car fixed should I have known that they are this pathetic.
