Over the weekend My wallet was (friday), I cancelled my cards however a withdrawal was made and money was taken, I reported this on Saturday and a Bongani from the dept assisted me and agreed to call me monday at 9, at 10am I decided to call and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, finally when someone assisted me, I was promised a callback, I am still waiting 20mins later.
I should think that when your customers are in NEED and need your HELP you would do that, esp through this hard time!!!

I emailed the bank a complain about charges
