Late July i paid a deposit of R10 000 for a dining room suite and 3 weeks back i decided to cancel it and asked for my refund, it was on a Monday (30.09.2013) when the sales guy who had assisted me (Bongani) told me the money would be in my account by Wednesday (02.10.2013). The Wednesday afternoon i called and Bongani asked me to call his boss Rudzani. Rudzani then assured me the money would be in on Friday the 4th. Friday came and went and no money. When i tried calling Rudzani again he didn't pick up and i tried calling till Wednesday 09.10.2013, then i got hold of him and he started with more. He said the money would be in on Friday 11/10/2013 by 3pm but ofcourse that was one of his. I called him and he said he'd go process Saturday morning 12th but he never did. I called him on Sunday and he said he had paid the money in and it would reflect this morning 14th but nothing. Rudzani is a and belongs in jail. i wonder how many people he's conned this way but i want my money back and i'm taking the matter with the SAPS.!!
