11.06.2013, received an SMS stating that funds were withdrawn from my account, of course this was activity as I had no knowledge of this withdrawal. I had immediately called the Dept. Call centre, I had reported this matter, and my debit card was immediately stopped, and I was given a reference number and was told that this matter will be investigated, within 2 - 5 working days I will get a phone call from the investigators. which of course never happened, a week later. I still called the number's that were given to me to follow up on this matter on the 12.06.2013, and was told that the investigators are working on it, and I must be patient they will contact me, today (18.06.2013) I still have not heard anything from the dept. so I decided to follow up on this again. I called at 13h05, was on hold for 25 minutes, only to be told I'm at the wrong dept. and I was going to be transferred to the debit card dept. and again on hold for a further 15 more minutes, only once again to be transferred to the incorrect department. I was then given another number to dial, which seems to be going through to the exact same call centre, (all options are the same). on hold!
