FNB Cloned card

On Saturday 21 /09 /2013 a withdrawal of R800 was made from BP waterfall, I was already in bed by that time I only saw the message @ 4AM, i then contacted the call centre to cancel my card, I checked my wallet and my card was still inside,
On Monday 23 /09/2013 I went to a Randburg branch to launch a dispute, now I have just received an email saying they won't be paying back my money because my card is chip &
My card was not used to withdraw the money but they are failing to investigate this.
