I sent my claim form to Unity Hospital Plan on 19 February 2013.
To date I have received no feedback from Standard Bank nor an acknowledgment of receipt of the claim form. I have spent over R 600.00 in airtime calling Standard bank and every time I am told someone will call me back.
I will now consider taking legal acting as this is totally unacceptable.
