STILL AWAIT FEEDBACK FROM STANDARD BANK

Beginning July 2013, I completed a form on Standard Bank's internet banking site in order to apply for a savings plan. Craig from Standard Bank contacted me and I have applied for the savings plan over the phone. He informed me that all the documents will be emailed to me the same day.
I never received any further documents and/or telephone calls from Standard Bank.
On 26 July 2013 Standard Bank deducted from my bank account the money for the savings plan, but still i don't have any documentation to proof that i have entered it with them.
On Saturday 27 July 2013 I went to Standard Bank Loch Logan Waterfront but there was only one consultant available and I waited a long while and then left as i had other business to take care off.
On Monday 29 July 2013 I emailed my consultant Rose Jacobs from the Brandwag Branch with my enquiry and she emailed me back saying that she will come back to me.
I am still awaiting a response from Standard Bank, on Thursday 8 August 2013 I again emailed Rose Jacobs but heard nothing.
I would like to receive my documents with regards the saving plan as they are deducting but I have no documents.
