Standard bank's inability to deal with costumers

I called in on the 21 of december 2013 at approxamately 4pm and logged a complaint with Ms moonsamy about a transaction on my standard bank account. On monday will be exactaly one month since my complaint was lodged with the company. but several weeks later and several calls later my complaint still has not been dealt with nor have i recieved any feedback concerning my complaint. I have spoke to several people including Ms lindiwe gcaba at the call centre but to no avail.

i am absolutely appalled by the service i recieved and i have lost all respect for standard bank not only as a finiacal provider but i have lost all respect for the call centres set up by the bank to deal with costumer complaints and queries
