Disgusting Service after almost 30yrs of loyalty

I was staff and have since resigned but my husband is staff so I qualify for the spousal discount. However since Nov 2012 I have been charged the customer rate for the service fee. I queried this with Durban CCC and they refunded me they were unable to amend my account for the discount and I was requested to visit Midrand Branch where their very rude and unprofessional Branch Manager refused to assist as she is not able to amend my account. I find it very difficult to believe that a Manager does not have access to the system facility to amend customer's account rates. Anyway I also sent a message to internet banking and did not receive a response since. I have been charged the full service fee of R99 in April again and would like someone to please contact me to amend ASAP. I am shocked and highly amused by the fact that Branch and Head Office staff are so incompetent.
