Incompetent staff towards basic enquiries

With a 2month old baby I went to the bank. First I had to wait for someone to open the door for me, due to my stroller does not fit in the turn-star.. not one of the staff members took notice of me, a customer had to inform the staff of me trying to enter the bank..why

Secondly, I had to change my cellphone number in order for me to do my internet banking. After discussing the matter with staff member, all has been changed. I repeatedly asked her if I will be able to access my internet banking. "Yes Madam all is done". Come home, wanted to log on to my account..oh geez, R43.00 later after calling standard bank customer care..I was informed that I had to fill in a security letter that the branch had to send to their internet banking department... 8

Standard bank, especially Waterfall Mall branch, has the worst customer service. You always end up angry due due to staff not knowing what to do.

It costing time and money. Now II have to again go to standard bank to inform them of how to do their jobs... it is frustrating.. I have had it with Standard Bank!!
