Thank you for your enquiry and reverting back to us please note your initial booking was made online on the weekend rate which includes a minimum of two days and max of four days which must include a Saturday. Once you opted to extend your rental this rate was no longer applicable and the call centre rate was then applied, with regards to your discovery vitality discount this is only applicable by means of booking via the Kulula website alternatively booking via our call centre but you will only qualify for the minimum discount of 8%
