Staff rate not granted and 90% bond with no reason

I qualify for staff rates as a normal Standard bank staff member, because I work for Liberty. Standard Bank Home loans has provided staff members in my team, group and in my department ALL BENEFITS/LOANS at staff rates and refuse to change OUR NEW 1ST TIME BOND APPLICATION Interest rate to STAFF.- Their reasoning is because I earn commission, yet every person in my department earns commission. I have also provided them with my "My Banking Number" 815927 as proof, with a letter from top management stating- As a Liberty staff member I enjoy the same benefits as STANDARD BANK STAFF members, if my salary is paid into a STD bank account - which it is. The Melville bank manager was not very helpful and only spoke about the complaint process and not how she will "MOVE MY BANKING FORWARD" As a Branch Manager you should know people, make a call and pull at least one string to get feedback from home loans. She instead explained how I need to complain? We also never got 100% bond, only 90% with no reason why or shortfall in affordability ON OR OFF Staff rates we can afford the entire amount easily. We have no car repayments, great credit record a large enough joint salary and still only 90%
