Disgusting service from Standardbank Elite Product

I am the spouse of a staff member and qualify for the 80% discount but my monthly service fee has been changed to customer rates for the third time in the past year. This is totally unacceptable, whenever I visited Midrand Sanridge Branch, the staff refused to assist as were not knowledgeable of how to assist me. The Branch Manager was very rude and told me she did not have access to amend my account so I must call the call centre. Finally my husband had my account amended by his Private Banking consultants and I had to contact the Durban CCC who kindly refunded me for 5 months fees. This is the third incident and I have to say that the service at Standard Bank is utterly disgusting. My account has once again magically reverted to customer rates since end Sept. Please someone dismiss the person who is in charge of altering the rates. Every time SBSA has a update on their systems, my rates change. Clearly the IT staff are not efficient in performing the job.
