FNB Incredible incompetent staff

The level of service and incompetence of FNB has no limits. I opened over a week ago a business account. The internet banking is up to this date not operational!!! After almost two hours on the phone, the call center gave us a contact persons number... who does not even exist after another staff reshuffel. In fact, me as a client was left to my devices to trace down this person via a friend FNB staff member. The FNB system was with other words not updated. To keep the story short, a person appointed to sort the out told us to go to the branch in Clearwater where the branch manager was going to assist (besides 'how do you do' and 'does it work now', the branch manager did not show any interest and rather chitchats with another client). After 1.5 hours in the bank doing a chairdance (shopping chairs numerous times) and the consultant on the phone with the call centre... IT STILL DID NOT WORK. A reference number was given and an email from Boitomelo Mashele who was going to contact me back within 24 hours... 28 hours later no word from Boitomelo. Well, FNB 'F'n Bank', am closing my personal account, business account, partners account and savings as STANDARD BANK has no nonsense!
