Stop order for rent not paid on time

My tenant, Waterberry Bathrooms, signed a stop order instruction for rent payable to me, the third party on the first of each month but for the first two months in a late payment was made into my Nedbank account and I am still waiting for the payment which was suppose to be made on the first of May - 2 days late so far!!! Payment is suppose to reflect immediately as we are both Nedbank clients!
