Unuathorized debit orders

I had a loan with african bank which went off my nedbank account, which was cancelled more than a year agao. Now there are debit orders going off my nedbank account and capitec account for the same company. I was in branch to put a stop order too it which I was promised it was done, I called the call centre numerous times. I have been off work for depression and was only receiving uif. The debit order also went off again and when I called for the reversal to be done and this was refused so now because of the branch and call centre neglected I'm short of R639 and cannot pay my rent. I authorised this debit order once and stop it for the debit to go off my capitec account. Now nedbank is allowing a unauthorised debit order on my account, I'm waiting ages for a manager to call me. I'm off sick from work for 3 months due to depression and dependant on my UIF, thanKs to nedbank I cannot make rent this month. I'm disgusted been a client for years
