Nedbank
Grabing Money from my FNB Account

I am currently under Debt review. I have a court order stamped by the court to confirm the arrangement we have with Nedbank regarding payments. The payments to Nedbank is now being made via the Debt Council to whom I make payment monthly.
Still as soon as any money is paid into my Fnb account, Nedbank grabs money from my account.
We have stopped the debt order on my Fnb account but this only lasts for 6 months. Straight after the time lapses, Nedbank simply carry on grabbing money. I have mailed and phoned Nedbank to stop the grabbing.
My debt councillor has mailed and spoken to Nedbank as well.
No joy!!!
Surely this is???
Every time Nedbank grab money from my Fnb account, it costs me R 70.00 to get the money back into my account. Totally unprofessional!!!
One would think that a professional company like Nedbank, would be more professional in their ways of doing business.
