Only Rentals
Late payment to property owne

I signed a contract with Only Rentals in December for them to lease my property out. They found tenants for me mid January, however the rent was paid late into my account. When I enquired I was told that the agent who was leasing the property out for me was fired and they didn't fill in my details correctly in the system and they therefore could not pay me. The second month I was told that they have changed bank accounts and moved to a new PayProp system which should pay as soon as the tenant pays in the rent. They said that the tenant paid the rent money into the old account. The third month I was told that the owner was fired and they were changing ownership, and that the owner left without releasing the money in PayProp for it to can reflect in my account. This month I am told that the tenant has paid the money into the previous owner's account and they have now handed it over to head office. Head office is said to have thier lawyers on the case. Since the commencement of the contract, rent money has been paid after the 7th of each month although the contract I signed with them stated that I will not recieve rent money later than the 7th of each month.
