I had arranged with Nedbank to get a stop order on my bond through my employer. They asked me to to fax them a letter from employer with details which i did. At the date of payment Nedbank still debited whilst the stop order was already perfomed. Because of this i was then charged for the bouncing of the debit. This was not my fault as i had made and arrangement with Nedbank. I therefore went to a branch to request assistance to be refunded. I since dont have any help with this regard
