Says amount is outstanding when not

I changed my debit order date last year Sep/Oct. From the time a changed it I had problems with Nedbank. They firstly double debited my account (one payment 2012/09/28 and the next payment again 2012/10/05), I went to my bank and reversed the double payment after which they constintly phoned me to advise me that I am outstanding. I kept on telling them they are wrong and that it was a double payment I had reversed. The next month the debit order was rejected by my bank as there was a stop on the amount, I was not aware of this and got a call from the Nedbank after which I made a EFT payment. Everything went fine for a month or two and in Dec 2012 they debited me the normal amount and an additional amount (don't know why and can't get an answer), came Jan 2013 they again double debited me with the same amount which I had to reverse one payment again. Feb 2013 my bank again rejected payment because of the stop order and I had to EFT the payment again to Nedbank (paid more than expected), ever since then I have struggled to get this sorted out and Nedbank call centre keep on harrasing me even though I am not outstanding. I can't seem to get hold of the correct people to speak!
