I placed and order for a Tom-tom, did the payment manually @ FNB only to discover later that the reference number was missing a few digits hence they could not pick up the payment and my order was cancelled. Called Groupon and they requested proof of payment which I did forward several times, and later on I received an email requesting that I forward through my banking details which I also sent several times, but then I keep on getting the same email requesting my banking details over and over again and am starting to get frustrated now because it doesn't seem like I'll be getting my money back.
