Promised refund not paid

This is a continuation of a former complaint that started on 2 January 2013 and still has not been resolved - 2 and half month later! It seems that Groupon does not reply to complaints via their own customer services until they are posted on hellopeter, this in itself is unacceptable (and I have given them plenty of time - a week or more - between communications back and forth to respond).

Breach of contract: I was promised a refund which hasn't been paid.
The promise in their own words (from Shouneez): "As per your request, your refund has now been reversed back to the credit card used for purchasing the Groupon and should reflect in the next 3 to 5 working days." (email received 18 Feb 2013)
When I complained after the due time that I had not yet received the money, the issue was then passed on to another department/person (Laura), who asked if they could give me Groupon credit instead. I replied and said that I expect them to hold to their word of refunding my credit card (on 1 March 2013), to which I got no response, so I sent another email on 13 March 2013 and still have got no response.
This is unacceptable and I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
