GROUPON egnores and refuses to refund my account

I bought a Groupon voucher for the Sandton BABA INDABA which took place on the 26th of October. The voucher was sent to me so I could redeem it.
I sent an email to groupon on 28 October to enquire about this and request a refund. Trupthirekha Das responded on the 29th and requested the proof of payment, which i had attached in the first email. I resent the email and re attached the payment.
I sent a follow up email on the 4th of November and got no response. I resent the email again on the 5th - and still no response.
I called Groupon offices on the 5th of Novermber and was kept waiting for 20min, Nasrudeen Matthews took my call and I explained my story to him. He asked for my banking details so that I refund could be made. i immediately sent him my banking details. I received the following email from him on the 11th of November "
"I just wanted to get in touch to let you know that we're in the process of following up your query. We haven't found a solution to your case yet, but we hope to have something for you very soon.". I immediately responded and asked why they could not get the solution seeing that i had sent the proof of payment as requested by them. No has responded
