REQUEST A REFUND

I have purchased a retro watch reference GRPZARV7714S, but I entered a wrong reference number of GRPZARV7741S. I therefore called Groupon and asked them if they can link my payment to reference GRPZARV7714S and the lady I spoke to said no the only think they can do is refund me.
So I therefore went and wrote and email requesting a refund and purchased another retro watch with a different reference number of GRPZARKVOHC9 which was successful.
But now I have been sending and receiving email going back and forth from Natasha at Groupon, I sent all the info they requested the proof of payment and the banking details I want them to pay the money into.
I have sent all this info on the 30 September and am still waiting on my refund of R239.99.

I also sent a request for a refund for Adega Mooikloof R98, already sent an email with the proof of payment and the banking details I want you to pay the money into. I was welcomed by a sign "Sorry we are closed on the door", it looks like they out of business.

Can I please get a refund, Thanks.
